Are you ready to face your lot?
In 23 days we will go to the polls and cast our votes in the mid-term elections.
So, what's on YOUR ballot? How will YOU vote? Will you even vote at all?
These are terribly confusing times right now, and I get it. The "golden age" of America feels more like a fake charcoal painting of The Scream, an 1893 Edvard Munch painting.

Hurricane Isaias left its charred dark blot on the ravaged canvas of America this weekend, a portrait of sorts, depicting tumultuous hardship and death amidst the wreckage of never-ending wars around our wee planet.
So what do we do now? Do we throw in the towel and hope to be whisked away in the great Harpazo of hope before November 3rd, or do we get up and run to the polls, casting our precious inked ballot for the representatives who will fight for the lives of the unborn, the pre-born, the post-born innocent babies that "the other side" is dead-set on homicidaly infanticiding. Do we make our mark in ink for the young girls, boys and tiny children being sex-trafficked all over our nation, or sit on our hands while our children are hoodwinked into believing that they were born into the wrong body - literally destroying those precious bodies.- and their futures.
And dare we forget the novel "summer of love" that continues to paint our streets in liquid scarlet, as bloody knives etch the message of hate into the flesh of our family, friends and neighbors. "Allah who?"
VOTE!!
Set your angst aside, and scream out loud in INK on paper. You aren't punishing ANYONE with your "I'll show him/her/them a thing or two--he ain't gettin my vote this time" attitude. There are situations in our nation that continue to concern all of us, however, we don't toss the baby out with the bathwater. Refusing to use our ink markings on a voter ballot to represent our VOICE, is voting YES to infanticide, deranged gender ideologies, blatant unconstrained terrorism on our streets, child sex-trafficking .. and on and on and on. If you are a Christian, you have a duty to speak up for the "least of these" including yourselves. Otherwise, be prepared to be thrown into the "novel" gulag being prepared for you and your family. The "other side" has lost all sense of sanity (loose marbles .. as a beloved college professor use to speak - of certain of his students).
Listen to Tulsi. Absorb every word. Shout those words from the roof-tops to the steeples! Challenge your pastors, coaches, teachers, parents, children and co-workers to THINK before they INK!! Mark your ballot in the name of the One who saved us from ourselves, as well as from the evil one. Give to Caesar what is Caesar's .. but for goodness sake, 'we the people', give to Almighty God, what is His! Give Him back the children. Give Him back righteous acts. Give Him back His land called Israel (along with its people). Give Him YOU! Let Him see with His never slumbering eyes that YOU do long to live justly, love mercy and walk in humility before Him. One day, in the near future, all of us are gonna BOW before Him, including the one called satan. Won't that be a sight to behold.
Until then, brush your precious knees off, comb your hair, brush your teeth, then drive, walk, run or skip to your polling place - and FACE YOUR LOT!
